Delivery Service (Company Van Transport/SF Express)

Terms and Conditions for Bicycle and Large Item Delivery

l Free Delivery Conditions:

o Free delivery service is provided for purchases of folding bikes of HKD$2000 or more / complete bikes of HKD$8,000 or more.

l Charged Delivery:

o For children's bikes or orders not meeting the free delivery conditions, a shipping fee of HKD$200 (for general areas) or HKD$350 (for remote areas) will be charged per order.

l Notes:

o Free delivery service is only applicable to company van transport.

o Free shipping is only for the first delivery service arranged at a designated time.

o Goods will be arranged for pick-up at the ground floor of the building.

o Door-to-door delivery service is only available for buildings with lifts, and an additional fee for upstairs delivery will be charged (the specific fee will be quoted by the delivery driver before delivery).

Shipping Fee Standard (General/Remote Areas)

Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

General Areas: (HKD$200)

- Kowloon: Kwun Yam Shan (Sha Tin Au Road towards Kwun Yam Temple), Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, all country parks.

- New Territories: North District > Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Sha Tau Kok Road to the east of Kong Ling roundabout, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau and Luk Keng.

   -Yuen Long District > Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan Road to Sham Wan Road/Tin Yuet Road, Sheung Shui Ma Tso Lung, Ping Che Road North to Kau Kee Store, and Lok Ma Chau.

   -Tuen Mun District > Lung Kwu Tan and Tuen Mun Lung Mun Road Sai Tsui Road.

   -Tai Po District > Tai Po Ting Kok Road after Chung Shing Bonsai, Lien Au, and Shuen Wan.

   -Sai Kung District > Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, and Tai Miu.

   -Sha Tin District > Sheung/Ha Wo Che and Fa Sum Hang.

   *Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airport area, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, hotels, receiving departments, etc.,

   *Government agencies ( including but not limited to government offices, police stations ), hospitals, funeral homes do not offer door-to-door delivery service, the recipient must pick up at the entrance.

 

Remote areas : (HKD$350)

Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, and Ma Wan 

   

 ***Customers must pick up at designated locations for delivery, for example, ground floor pickup for walk-up buildings and village entrance pickup for village houses.

 

Delivery Time Arrangement

 

Adverse Weather and Special Circumstances Handling

1) Delivery Time : Monday to Saturday 2 PM to 6 PM (excluding public holidays and special areas).
Under severe weather conditions ( such as when Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect ) delivery service will be suspended.
Orders will be contacted for delivery arrangements after the relevant warning is lifted, thank you for your understanding.

2) Delivery service is not applicable to buildings where lifts are not accessible, customers will be notified to pick up goods at the ground floor.
If there is any lift malfunction at the delivery building that prevents normal operation, our shop will contact the customer to change the delivery date.
If you or the recipient are unable to receive the ordered goods within the agreed time, our shop reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee.

Bicycle Delivery Service

-Bicycles will be adjusted and installed before delivery.

-Bicycle accessories (e.g. pedals, bottle cages) purchased within the same order will be installed on the bicycle. If customers do not want bicycle accessories installed, please inform us in advance.

-Based on environmental principles, our company's default shipment does not include cardboard boxes. Bicycles will be properly packaged before shipment to support environmental efforts. If customers need to keep the cardboard box, please inform us in advance..

Parts and Accessories Delivery Terms

1. Standard Express Service (SF Express)

• Applicable Regions: Hong Kong and Macau

 

• Free Delivery Conditions:
  • Order for parts and accessories over HKD$500
  • Weight not exceeding 5kg, and no single side exceeding 60cm
    

 

• Charged Delivery:
  • SF Express - HKD$88 shipping fee (applicable for 4.5kg-6.0kg / single side exceeding 60cm)
  • SF Express - HKD$78 shipping fee (applicable for 3.5kg-4.5kg)
  • SF Express - HKD$58 shipping fee (applicable for 2.0kg-3.0kg)
  • SF Express - HKD$37 shipping fee (applicable for 0.5kg-1.5kg)

 

• Notes:
  • Delivery time: Approximately 3-7 business days (extended for Sundays and public holidays)
  • Delivery time may be extended for multi-item orders or logistics delays by 3-5 business days or more
  • If the first delivery attempt fails (no one to sign/refusal), the second delivery will be adjusted toSF Express Cash on Delivery or store pickup

 

2. Macau Delivery

• Additional  import duties may apply (specific fees depend on local customs policy and are paid by the recipient)

 

Product Return and Exchange Policy

1.Handling of Defective Products

• If the received product is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange.
• Customer service may ask you to provide photos or videos of the product defect as evidence to verify eligibility for return or exchange.
• Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the exchange service. Late requests will not be accepted.

 

2.Conditions for accepting returns

✓ Product has obvious damage or functional issues.

 

✓The actual product received does not match the order details.

 

3.Returns or exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

✗ Damage or stains caused by improper human use.

 

✗ Reasonable color difference between the product and the webpage display.

 

✗ Product has been unsealed, used, or is no longer in new condition.

 

✗ Product has been washed or cleaned with chemical detergents.

 

✗ Returns due to personal reasons unrelated to product issues.

 

✗ Products from the same order that have already been returned.

 

✗ Free gifts/samples included with the order.

 

4.Exchange Notice

• Each order is limited to one exchange service.
• For exchanges not due to product quality issues, return shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
• Exchanged products must be in complete packaging, with no damaged parts, and not affect secondary sales.

When processing an exchange, please be sure to provide the logistics tracking number so that we can check the return status.

 

5.Special Reminders

•          Please check the condition of the goods immediately upon receipt.
•          Keep the complete packaging for at least 14 days.
•          Please take photos of any product issues as proof immediately.
•          If an item in your order is out of stock, you may apply for a refund, which will be processed using the original payment method of the transaction.
•     For returns not due to product quality issues, a processing fee (10% of the product value, minimum HK$30) will be charged for the refund.
