The SHIMANO RX880 carbon wheelset weighs 64 grams less per pair than its predecessor and features the same shallow 32 mm rim height for faster acceleration and climbing.
The low-profile design also ensures enhanced handling in crosswinds. Additionally, these tubeless wheels feature a modern 25 mm internal rim width, allowing for tires up to 50 mm wide. The RX880 adopts the DURA-ACE wheelset's DIRECT ENGAGEMENT rear hub structure, improving power transfer rigidity.
This wheelset is also available with 2 different freehub body options: the HG spline L2 for road bikes, and the MICRO SPLINE freehub body which supports 11-51T XT and XTR cassettes.
