System Integration

Frame, wheels, cockpit and other parts are engineered to function as a system. The new TCR is especially optimized around the front half of the bike—headtube, downtube and fork—where it sees its biggest aerodynamic gains, along with a new integrated cockpit system for cleaner routing and easier adjustability.

Winning Efficiency

With a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than the previous generation, along with new aero tube shaping and lighter overall weight, the new TCR delivers explosive acceleration and unyielding pedaling stiffness to give riders an undeniable advantage in race-winning situations.

Integrated Aerodynamics

New truncated ellipse airfoil tube shapes were developed using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) and wind-tunnel testing to produce significantly lower drag at a wider range of yaw angles.

MADE FASTER

Newly integrated components including the Contact AeroLight stem create a sleeker, more aero profile. The Variant seatpost adds just enough compliance for a balanced, race-tuned feel on the road, while generous tire clearance (up to 33mm) and compliant wheels keep you rolling with speed on smooth or bumpy roads.
