Please note the Vittoria TPU inner tube installation instructions:

Do not inflate the TPU inner tube directly when it's not installed (inflating without being mounted between the rim and tire is considered direct inflation). Inflating over 0.5 bar / 7 psi will cause localized overinflation that cannot be reversed!

The correct installation method is to lightly inflate the inner tube (Maximum 0.5 bar/7psi) before placing it between the rim and the tire. This should be just enough to give it some shape. Then, press and adjust the inner tube to ensure it adheres to the inner wall of the tire and is properly seated between the rim and the tire. Finally, after confirming there is no pinching, you can inflate it normally.

Due to its ultra-light and extremely flexible properties, TPU inner tubes require special care during installation (please refer to the installation and inflation instructions inside the inner tube packaging).

Due to the irreversible extensibility of TPU material, do not reuse a used TPU inner tube for a narrower tire. When installing a narrower tire, please use a new inner tube.
